Offhandly (offhandly.com) is operated by Regna Holdings Inc.. This page explains what we store when you use the service and what we do with it.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to provide the service: planning, writing, checking, publishing and measuring content on the Instagram account you connected, and showing you what was done and why. We use Anthropic's Claude to write drafts; the text of your posts and comments is sent to that API for that purpose. Notifications go out through Resend (email), Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (WhatsApp) and Telegram, each receiving only your address and the message itself. When something goes wrong inside the service, the error (which can name your account) is sent to our own team's Telegram so we can fix it. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Data, your media library and the images and reels made for you are stored in Supabase (Postgres and Storage) in the United States. The dashboard runs on Vercel.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting Instagram in Settings removes the stored token immediately. Removing Offhandly from your Instagram account's apps and websites triggers Meta's deletion callback, which deletes the connection, posts, comments and metrics tied to it. To delete your Offhandly login entirely, email support@offhandly.com from the address you signed up with.
