The service
Offhandly runs day-to-day operations on an Instagram professional account you own or manage: it plans and drafts content, checks it against a rulebook, publishes what you approve, replies to comments within the limits you set, and reports metrics. You stay responsible for the account and for everything published on it.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect Instagram accounts you are authorised to manage, and keep them in line with Instagram's terms.
- Review what the assistant queues. Nothing is published without your approval unless you turn auto-publish on for posts you have approved.
- Do not use the service for spam, deception, or content that breaks the law or Meta's policies.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe after a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Complimentary accounts may be withdrawn at any time.
Availability and liability
The service depends on Instagram's API and other third parties and is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and to log every action transparently, but we are not liable for missed posts, changes Instagram makes, or losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the dashboard.
